mushroom risotto - La Porchetta |
I am still not eating meat since that Tuesday over 4 months ago. I am proud of myself because I have been to a lot of dinners with colleagues and friends, and not to mention weekly date night outs with Rich. That's a lot of probable meat dinners! But I eat sea food so it was or it is, not really a sacrifice hahaha!
I do not eat meat ...but I guess I do eat everything else!
Rich is cute he pauses a little bit when our meals are served "want to take a photo of this?" But of course! :)
I was asked why I always take photos of my food. My answer is simple: "I like to document my blessings." Thank you Lord. I am always grateful.
