Dreaming of Dreamworks...

I am fortunate to have a husband who shares my love for Pixar, Disney and DreamWorks.

We have been to Disneyland in Anaheim and it was a blast! We buy DVDs of cartoons and we love watching them over and over again.

Imagine my thrill when ACMI announced last year that they are taking to Melbourne DREAMWORKS exhibition!

It was a long wait, and when it was in town there's our schedule to think of as we both work. Things to consider like - not on a school holiday time, not on week-ends...but when?

We waited until we have a same weekday time off. It wasn't until its last week that we were able to go :-) It was good timing because there was not a big crowd.

DreamWorks Animation: The Exhibition, charted 20 years of movie-making by the world’s biggest animation studio. The makings of Shrek, Kung Fu Panda and my fave How to Train Your Dragon was all there for all fans to witness.

I feel closer to the movies that I have loved all these years because I came to see first hand how they came to be.
